Coordinators will use the steps below to access the instructor's account using the Submit-a-Course (SAC) portal to create the course on their behalf.
- To begin, you will log into the SAC portal (https://portal.mentalhealthfirstaid.org/)
- Select “Switch Instructors” in the top right corner of the home screen.
- Use the small magnifying glass to search for the instructor you wish to create a course on behalf of.
- Once you locate the instructor, select the checkbox to the left of their name and click “Select.”
- To access their account, select “Go.”
- Once you have accessed the instructor's home screen, you will select “Add a Course,” located in the top right corner beneath Manage Courses.
- Input data in all required fields and select “Save.”
- To add learners to the course roster, select “Add Learners.”
